Official Rules

Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Larping Labs (“Sponsor”). No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Sponsor and its immediate family members are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

Entry period

Entries are accepted starting when a giveaway opens and ending at the close date shown on the giveaway page. Entries received outside this window will not be counted.

How to enter

Submit the entry form with your email, phone number, and the eligibility confirmations below. No purchase, follow, post, or social media account is required to enter or to win.

Entry limit

Limit one entry per person per giveaway. Duplicate entries from the same person will not increase your odds.

The prize

The specific prize, its approximate retail value (ARV), and number of winners for the current giveaway are shown on the giveaway page. Prizes are not transferable and may not be substituted for cash, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Odds of winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that giveaway.

Winner selection and verification

A winner is selected at random from all eligible entries after the entry period closes, using a logged, auditable draw method: the full pool of eligible entries is recorded before the random selection is made, so the draw can be independently checked.

The selected entrant is a candidate winner only. Sponsor will verify eligibility (including age and residency) before confirming a winner. A candidate who cannot be verified or does not respond within a reasonable time may be disqualified, in which case Sponsor may select an alternate winner using the same method.

Publicity and content rights

Confirmed winners agree that Sponsor may document and use their experience (photos, video, and a brief account of the experience) for marketing purposes, with credit where reasonably practical.

Data use disclosure

When you enter, Sponsor collects your email, phone number, and, if provided, your state. This information is used to run the giveaway, contact you if you win, and send occasional updates about this and future drops.

Sponsor does not sell your information. You can ask to be removed from future communications at any time by contacting Sponsor.

General conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes is fraudulent, automated, or otherwise in violation of these rules.

By entering, you release Sponsor from any liability associated with participation in this giveaway and use of the prize.
